My journey and experience
In Relational Life Therapy we bring ourselves into the room, so you get to see that I’m a human just like you are.
My journey to becoming a relationship coach began with with my own lived experience of what it takes to turn things around.
I met my husband in 2016, and we enjoyed, as many couples do, an exciting beginning full of love and wonder. After a few years our cycles of conflict and blame, anxious-avoidant dynamics, and open relating challenges became unbearable, and our relationship was on the rocks.
In 2020 we sought couples coaching from Elle Rosenthall, who has since become a mentor to me throughout my training and practice. She supported us to move through rupture, repair past damage, and address our painful dynamics. I can safely say we wouldn’t have made it without her, and the transformational skills we learned in Relational Life Therapy.
These tools have now become second nature, and we use them on an almost daily basis to maintain the loving, thriving (perfectly imperfect) relationship we now have.
In 2022 I decided to train with the Relational Life Institute, because I wanted to share with others the kind of radical and lasting transformation that I myself had experienced.
I can walk beside you, with empathy for your stuck situation, the skills and knowledge to help you out of it, and the lived experience to know that change is truly possible.
“Gaia is overflowing with obviously hard-won wisdom, delivered with a twinkle in the eye that speaks to her connection to her own fallible humanness.”

Poetry
In my spare time I love to write, and my favourite topic is love.
Last year I released an EP of 6 poems with musical underscore - a journey of 5 years of writing, and the nuggets of gold I’ve picked up from navigating the ups and downs of my marriage.
I share it here in the hope that it may provide a useful roadmap and offer comfort in moments of need.
