Recurring Patterns Across Relationships

Relationship Breakdown & Moving On
You’ve come out of a relationship and you're struggling with the grief, anger, or confusion that comes with it. You're questioning whether your relationship can work, but you're not ready to decide yet. You want clarity about your own patterns, needs, and deal-breakers so you can make an informed choice rather than acting out of fear or obligation.
My Approach
My relationship coaching uses a method called Relational Life Therapy (RLT). Rooted in family therapy and neuroscience, this approach is a hands on method that gets to the root of relational dynamics quickly, teaches us how to shift dysfunctional patterns, and equips us with the skills to communicate effectively so we can experience healthy and thriving partnerships.

I offer pricing on a sliding scale to support those on lower incomes.

10% discount when booking blocks of 6
New clients are required to start with a block of 6 sessions, weekly or every other week, after which you can book another block or switch to rolling.
